Hi. I’m Chris, nice to meet you.

From a young age, I’ve always loved working. Even when I was a teenager, I was always looking for some sort of side hustle, some sort of extra opportunity, some sort of new way that I can plug myself in, learn new things, and help more people. Through it all, a common thread has emerged: communication.

Everything I do revolves around communication. Whether I’m working with real estate agents to help them level up their business and create new opportunities, writing content for Elm Street Technology, working with businesses of all types to develop content strategies, or speaking at major conferences across the country, everything I do comes back to finding new, better ways to tell the story, to share the value, to connect with the people that matter to you and your business.

So, here’s my story. I am Northern Michigan kid who grew up running through the cherry orchards just outside of Traverse City. I’ve lived in lots of places, but Traverse City will always be home, and it’s where I’m now raising a family of my own. I’ve done all sorts of work; I’ve been a teacher, a private tutor, a professional musician, a bookstore manager, a real estate agent, a digital strategist, a marketer, a writer, and that is just the tip of the iceberg. I’m passionate about work, relentless in my pursuit of excellence, obsessive about deadlines and punctuality, and quick to celebrate richly deserved wins.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside, usually standing in a trout stream with a fly rod in my hand. I love to travel, I spend a decent amount of time on the road covering different real estate events and speaking at conferences. I’m a voracious reader, and try to read a book set in the city I’m traveling to whenever I’m on the road.

I’m also an obsessive tech nerd, excited about anything and everything digital. I'm a lifelong learner, quick to listen, and excited about the next chapter.
